My mission is to guide you to improve your relationship with yourself through evoking awareness, and realistic & measurable action steps so that you can tap into your divine power & purpose to live a life you love.

The practice is focusing on enhancing your overall health and well-being as opposed to treating disorders or diagnosing problems. The vibration of my voice is healing, calming and  comforting and with the tools that I have adopted as a student coach I will aid in facilitating lasting behavioral changes.

How I Can Help?

I am committed to co-designing a journey of self-exploration and self-empowerment in service of your fulfillment, growth, and peace of mind. I will help you discover what’s important to you that aligns with your core values and support you through the journey from point A to point B. Each of our sessions will serve as a rest stop to regroup and reassess to continue to move forward with revitalizing energy.


My target audience is men and women of color between the ages of 30 - 55, who are open minded to coaching, people who are looking for me because I’m not in the business of chasing people, I’m in the business of attracting people that align with me and my offerings.

Having a former professional athlete mentality pour into you, motivate you, uplift you, encourage you, support you and hold you accountable  on your health and wellness journey is a unique experience in itself. My natural calming energy is contagious to all my clients. You will walk away from our sessions feeling more relaxed and less stress then when you came in.

About Your Coach

His own personal experiences with injury and loss have given SOUL COLE a unique and profound respect for the value of not only physical but mental and emotional health.

Inner standing the significance of the tools he received was a catalyst for him achieving a Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies as well as completing the MBSR program from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, School of Public Health. SOUL COLE is committed to helping others refine and redefine their lives by giving them tools to attain balance, intention, and wellness. 

Motivation behind coaching is to be that agent of change for representation in an industry that desperately lacks diversity while also looking to bring in a new, healing voice into the space. This is my offering to make this world a better place by using my natural gifts to serve others from my authentic self.
